Increase seam fastening productivity by 30-50% on VIENTO™ PVC membrane with the Dow DeckGrip Reel-Fast Plate.
The Dow DeckGrip Reel-Fast Plate is designed for use with DeckGrip Fasteners to mechanically fasten VIENTO™ PVC membrane systems. Plates are collated on a reel – either 6" or 12" (152 mm or 305 mm) on center – using 2-mil polyethylene film as a banding. Time studies have shown that DeckGrip Reel-Fast parts can increase seam fastening productivity by 30 to 50% when compared to traditional methods.
The plate is Galvalume†-coated steel, featuring a patented EyeHook‡ design (rather than barbs in the bottom of the plate). For use exclusively with VIENTO™ PVC membranes.
