Available in United States, Canada and Mexico
TERMICO™ HP-FR Insulation features a CFC-, HCFC- and HFC-free high-performance polyisocyanurate foam core laminated to heavy, durable and dimensionally stable glass coated facers. The proprietary facer material has excellent facer adhesion, helping the product achieve high wind uplift ratings in fully adhered roofing applications. TERMICO™ HP-FR Insulation is approved for use over steel, wood, concrete and gypsum decks, and it is compatible with TIEMPO™+ 2000 TPO and VIENTO™ PVC membranes.
Building Code Compliance
Complies with ASTM C1289 Type II, Class 1 and CAN/ULC S704. Meets IBC/IRC requirements for foam plastic insulation and Miami-Dade County and California State insulation quality standards. Zero ozone depletion (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).

(1) Not all product sizes are available in all regions. (2) R means resistance to heat flow. The higher the R-value or RSI (R-Value Système International), the greater the insulating power. R-values are expressed in ft2•h•°F/Btu. RSI values are expressed in m2° C/W. R-value determined by ASTM C518. (3) Vertical compressive strength is measured at 10% deformation (5% for STYROFOAM™ Brand PLAZAMATE™ Insulation and for STYROFOAM™ Brand HIGHLOAD 40, 60 and 100 Insulation products) or at yield, whichever occurs first. Since STYROFOAM™ Brand Extruded Polystyrene Foam and Dow polyisocyanurate insulation products are visco-elastic materials, adequate design safety factors should be used to prevent long-term creep. For static loads, 3:1 is suggested. For dynamic loads, 5:1 is suggested. |
